3. RENTAL OF "PLASMA" SCREEN

Plasma is a state-of-the-art, extremely elegant and attractive medium for video and/or computer picture presentation. The screen thickness of only 9 cm enables its hanging on the wall or setting in a metal frame and on the table or a counter.

5. VIDEO REPORTS and VIDEO SERVICES

For documentation and presentation purposes we make video reports of events, trade shows and other presentations. For your promotion activities we make video film intended for your target groups.

PACKAGE PRICE includes:
One shooting day, video and sound recording, lighting equipment, mounting of video recordings, sound design, dubbing, making of simple captions (title, date, names). Duration of the report, appx. 10 - 15 minutes.

FOLLOW-UP and ARCHIVING

It always makes sense to follow-up or archive special events in an audio-visual form and technique, which is most sensible for keeping them for a longer period of time.

Shooting: upon agreement, we come to the place of the event with a camera and record it in the agreed technique.

Archiving and conversions/transcriptions of video recordings and films: the recorded materials are adequately archived, so that they are easily available at any moment. Archives can also include previously recorded materials and we can also transform them into more contemporary, or the most suitable techniques.

Abstracts, video reports, video films: from the recorded materials and based on your starting points we produce brief abstracts for particular events and purposes, i.e. we can make a video report or a video film, intended for presentations at trade shows, various other presentations, festive occasions, such as a company’s anniversary ...

The price of follow up and archiving: the price is set up according to our mutual estimation and depends on the chosen technique, as well as from the scope and the quantity of work. In cases when we follow up your events throughout a longer period of time, we can agree upon more favorable annual contracts with the option of payment in installments.

WHAT IS A VIDEO CONFERENCE?

Videoconference is a contemporary means of communication, enabling direct audio and video communication between people, who are not present at the same location. It is a direct transmission of picture and sound at a distance, where participants in the discussion communicate as if they were all together in the same room

WHOM IS THE VIDEO CONFERENCE INTENDED FOR

Most frequently it is intended for professional audiences, business and trading networks ... , when we wish to transmit technical and technological, production, laboratory, medical presentations or speeches etc. As a contemporary, interactive means of presentation it is excellent because presentations are becoming increasingly important, demanding, of higher quality and are more direct, not only within the education process, but also for commercial, promotional activities, at congresses and conventions ...

HOW DOES THE COMMUNICATION AT A VIDEO CONFERENCE FUNCTION?

The event in which one group is participating (for example: in a laboratory where a demonstration of a certain selected procedure is given) is observed by another part of the group at another location (in another building, town, state, continent, on the space station "Mir"...) through their monitor. It can be a computer monitor or a huge video wall, depending on the size of the auditorium. A movable camera transmits the picture. For a two-way communication the camera is present with the other group also

SETTING UP OF VIDEO CONFERENCE SYSTEM

Setting up of a videoconference system is simple, an ISDN connection is required. If there is none, we can set it up for the duration of the conference at the chosen location.
